Prison Bars


Are you sick of being imprisoned in your house? Well then you should try making Prison bars! It’s a simple but healthy recipe that anyone, any age can do.


2 cups rolled oats

1 cup Peanut butter (Or Nutella, if you want more sugar!)

Honey to taste / Consistency (it has to be as smooth as it can get)

Coconut shavings to taste (Optional)

1/2 cup Cocoa powder (NOT hot chocolate powder if you want them to be healthy)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

You can add anything else you want, like Raisins, Nuts, Dried cranberries…


Put the oats and peanut butter in a bowl and mix well. Then add in the cocoa powder and coconut shavings (If you want to add anything else, now is the time!) After mixing, add in the butter and honey. Mix again until smooth enough. (Little bits is in it is normal)

Put the mixture onto a tray, flatten it out with the back of a spoon, and put it in the fridge for about 3 hours.
